Thanks

Thanks to Nancy Anderson for constructive comments on our blog.
As anyone can tell, I'm new to the blogging scene and I depend on your comments to help me make this better.
Freda is busy grooming so she can't come to the blog right now but she does read them all and approve, (or maybe not) the content.
Keep those cards and letters coming and hug your pet today.

New pictures

Looking at the front of Paws& Claws from Union Hills

Bath time for Alex

Max, The salon Mascot

Here are some new photos of the salon.

The big sign isn't up yet so we wanted you to be familiar with what the front of the salon looks like.

The photo looks in from Union Hills to the front of the shop with Pizza Hut on the left.

The other photos are of Freda in action with Max the Shih Tzu and giving Alex a bath.

The other photos are of our Max, the Schnauzer. Max is the salon mascot. Max is 10 years old and has diabetes. He's gone blind but does very well for himself. Strangely enough, he would never use the doggie door when he could see, now he's in and out like a puupy.

Come and see us and bring your kids. Our kids have four legs and a fur coat.

Signs

Finally got some signs out on 7th St and also on Union Hills. This should make it easier for folks to find Freda and bring in their pets.

Many thanks to our friend John Greene of Ocala, FL. for his hard work in building the dividing wall to seperate the wash room from the grooming salon. John came out to Phoenix over Labor Day weekend and worked like a dog (no pun intended) to get everything done.

Our friends Joan and Leon Dick and Frank and Susan Hanscome also pitched in and the weekend was a success.
Freda primed the walls and painted the entire inside. Thank you to everyone who helped make the opening possible.

Come on in and meet Freda and bring your pets to be pampered.

Thanks

We're open in the new location

Paws & Claws finally reopened in August at our new location, 7th St and Union Hills. It's just behind the CVS and next door to Pizza Hut.

Many thanks to our returning clients and welcome to our new clients who have been very supportive.

Paws & Claws has a different philosophy than some grooming salons, we like to visit with the dogs and cats and make them feel at home.
